Trendwhore’s Best Of 2008 [AnnA]
Happy New Year, people! Here at Trendwhore, we like to take our time and proceed at a leisurely pace, which is why our Best of 2008 list is going up when we’re already two weeks into the year 2009. As hard as it was to choose the top ten albums of last year, I was suddenly informed by my trusty colleague Brock that apparently Top Ten lists are “soo last season” and that people prefer to deal with prime numbers nowadays. I’m not sure who these people are, but satisfying Brock’s fussy request meant spending valuable time to look around for more mention-worthy albums. Between indulging in the holiday season and plugging my ears while walking by the Ogilvy spoonman, this was not an easy feat to accomplish. Well, here we have it. Below you’ll find albums that spent a good deal of their time spinning on repeat in my living room. Enjoy!

Also, who are The Muslims?
Actually, I kinda like the Ruby Suns album cover. And I’d definitely wear those outfits the Hanggai guys have on. If I was a Mongolian man, that is.
And wow, you’re actually right for once! The Muslims are no more - they’ve changed their name to The Soft Pack. :$
