What new at the Yellow Bird Project?
Montreal non profit (and awesome clothing makers) the Yellow Bird Project have added a new shirt to their ever growing collection.
From YBP:
The Dears are an indie rock band from Montreal, Quebec. Fronted by husband and wife duo Murray Lightburn and Natalia Yanchak, this band has been around for over 10 years. Chartattack.com has appropriately likened their sound to being ‘the sonic equivalent of seeing the face of God’. As YBP contributors, The Dears fit in nice and snug among a group of likeminded friends and contemporaries, including Stars, Broken Social Scene, and K-Os. This design was drawn especially by Murray and Natalia’s three year old daughter, Neptune. They have chosen to designate the profits from the sale of this shirt to the Pablove Foundation, a charity which is dedicated to fighting childhood cancer.
