When I Came Through In The Morning I Was Blinded By The Light
There’s this band from Worcester Mass that you have to hear! Golden Girls are fully fuckin’ loaded and ready to slay. These young, poor, Dinosaur Jr lovin’ shred heads sent me a few tracks that they recorded in a friends bedroom that I have to share. Don’t let the “lo-fi” production fool you, they are not going for that easy money “lo-fi” sound (not that there’s anything wrong with that) they are just broke. They’ve got a more “hi-fi” 7″ coming out in March, but for now check out ‘16Candles’. Ranks high on the riffibility scale.
